The Touran

Is space the new luxury? If so, the Touran with its optional seven seats is a true luxury vehicle:

• Fold-down outer seats in the second row make it easier to get in
• Six of the seven seats can be folded down to create an almost level surface
• Two individual seats in the third row that can be lowered into the luggage compartment floor
• ISOFIX retaining rings in the second and third seat rows
• Seat belt detection on all seats

Is one person too warm and another too cold? With the three-zone control, the temperature can be independently adjusted for the driver, front passenger and rear passengers. The indirect ventilation mode at the front means fresh air with no draughts. And if the windscreen washer system is used or the car is put into reverse gear, the system automatically switches to air recirculation mode to keep unpleasant smells outside. In short: an excellent environment all round in the Touran.

The second seat row in the Touran can be fitted with one or two integrated child seats on request:

• Suitable for children aged three and over 
• Easy-to-install side head supports
• Including ISOFIX preparation as standard

The energy-saving LED headlights help you see better at night and in fog – and look better too: together with the LED tail light clusters in their striking design, your car is unmistakably a Touran, even in the dark. And the optional ‘Dynamic Light Assist’ main-beam control system ensures you don’t dazzle too much. 

The combination of tyres and wheels that will make your Touran look best is a purely a matter of taste. But we’re sure you’ll make the right choice.

The variable spatial concept means that the Touran can be a five-seater, seven-seater or a transport vehicle. The individual seats in the second and third rows can be folded down to create a level loading area in next to no time. With five upright seats, you have up to 834 litres of loading space. If all the seats are folded down, you have up to 1,980 litres to play with. And if your Touran has seven seats, the third row is easy to access at any age thanks to the folding seats in the second row.

The white ambient lighting¹ in the Touran creates a pleasant atmosphere with indirect light.
