With us you'll always find support
In general, any Volkswagen retailer can help you with whatever issue you may have. Repairs or services that are not related to the high-voltage system in your electric vehicle, e.g. changing a tyre, can be conducted by a technician trained in electric vehicles. These trained technicians are available in every Volkswagen workshop.
However, if the high-voltage battery in your car needs to be opened, you will need a specially qualified high-voltage technician to do this, qualified high-voltage technicians are authorised to conduct such services. Qualified high-voltage technicians can be found in every authorised Volkswagen workshop across our nationwide network, giving you greater flexibility and peace of mind.
