The digital services from “We Connect Start” turn the all-new ID.3 1^ST into a connected car as the built-in eSIM can connect the vehicle to the Internet upon request. Real-time traffic information, charging stations with charging status, prices and opening times can be consulted. With the matching We Connect ID. app you can keep an eye on your vehicle and your smartphone can be used like a remote control. Using the app, you can see the remaining range of your vehicle, set the air conditioning system and start or stop the charging process. You can use “We Connect Start” for free for three years in the all-new ID.3 1^ST. This keeps you connected with your vehicle – whether you are out and about or at home on the couch.

With our ID. Charger you have a filling station in your own home. Now you can get into your all-new ID.3 1^ST in the morning and start your day full of energy. You could say it's re-fuelling in your sleep. There are three versions of the ID. charger with increasing connectivity and intelligence. Where required, it is also available with Wi-Fi, 4G and a built-in electricity meter. The intelligent functions of the ID. Charger can be controlled via We Charge and in the We Connect ID. app.

Our installation service also makes installation as convenient as possible for you – from the free online pre-check to the installation itself. In a nutshell: a one-stop solution for peace of mind. Of course, it is also possible for have the ID. Charger fitted by an electrician of your choice. You can order your preferred ID. Charger variant and the installation service conveniently online or directly in your Volkswagen dealership.

Through We Charge Volkswagen offers you the fitting solution for charging your all-new ID.3 1^ST in public when on the go. Remarkably simple to use via the We Connect ID. app, you can find available charging stations nearby, plan routes with automatic charging stop recommendations and automatically pay for your charging via your We Charge charging tariff – including monthly billing and complete cost control. Throughout Europe you have access to approx. 150,000 charging points including the whole IONITY quick charging network, which offers varying preferential terms depending on the charging tariff. IONITY quick charging stations enable extreme short charging time and – where available in the country in question – operated with 100% renewable energy sources. The charging process at the charging stations can be started practically using the We Charge charging card.
