As the owner of a Volkswagen ID, you are well informed. Your myVolkswagen ID gives you access to a wide range of useful features, information and offers relating to your vehicle.

How do I delete my Volkswagen ID?

You can delete your Volkswagen ID at any time. Simply log in to the myVolkswagen area. Under “Account settings” you will find the option “Manage account”. You can delete your user account there. Please note that you will no longer be able to use connected services, apps and websites after deletion. If you want to use the services again later, you have to create a new Volkswagen ID.

Are there any costs associated with the Volkswagen ID?

The Volkswagen ID user account can be created free of charge. There may be additional costs for some of the services.
