Following a temporary closure of physical dealerships in response to COVID-19, we are pleased to have re-opened all of our dealerships with new Volkswagen Safer Measures in place.

Yes, we have reopened. If your Volkswagen is in need of a service or it's time to change your car, we have introduced new hygiene initiatives and remote consultations across all Volkswagen retailers. From May 18th, we’re open and here to help in a way that works for you, all as part of our Volkswagen Safer Measures.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, in case the new vehicle warranty or the Volkswagen Extended Warranty expires or has expired in the period from March 1st, 2020 until May 31st, 2020, we will extend the warranty periods with 3 additional months. These warranty periods end 3 months after expiration of the new vehicle or Volkswagen Extended Warranty, latest on August 31st, 2020, whichever occurs first. The mileage restriction of the Volkswagen Extended Warranty will not be extended. In case the extension of the new vehicle warranty overlaps with the beginning of the Volkswagen Extended Warranty, the start of the Volkswagen Extended Warranty will be postponed – free of charge - for 3 months. While parts deliveries had temporarily ceased, they have now resumed, so any further delays are not expected. If you have a specific part that you need please contact your preferred retailer for more information.
