We recommend primarily charging your electric car with an alternating current (wallbox or charging cable, or at public AC charging stations). Frequent DC charging (quick charging) can lead to a permanent reduction in the storage capacity of the high voltage battery.

When removing the charging cable from the vehicle and the power supply, please only pull on the plugs and not on the cable. Once you have removed the plug, simply replace the protective cap of the charging cable.

Once charging is complete, the charging plug should be disconnected from the vehicle.

No, the vehicle recognises the charging status of the battery by itself. The energy supply is automatically regulated by the car and stopped as soon as the battery is fully charged.
